The big 26!

David's 26 today! Hip Hip Hooray! One year older but I'm not sure about the wiser too! hehe

But I am so blessed to have him in my life.

He is very patient, kind, loving.. I could go on.. but I'm not the mushy gooshy type. I love him and am very happy to be his wife!

Labor Day FUn!

David and I didn't end up going camping on Labor day, but we did have a really fun weekend. We went to the beach at our lake and played water frisbee, layed out and got some sun and went fishing. Then we went to the Driv-In movies for a tripple feature! Saw a football movie, traveling Pants and Batman. It was so fun! We brought our F-150, filled it with a queen size blow up mattress and pillows blankees! We brought our bed with us! Everyone was so jealous! hehe.. (Funny story.. David didn't tie down the air mattress tight enough, and on the interstate going 70 it blew out from our truck bed and hit a car behind us.. I think they might have went # 2 in there pants! Seeing a huge flying object hit your dinky little car! But we managed to get it back in the truck in one piece.) Anyways.. We also had our first softball practice! It was a blast! Kicked our butts though! So my new thing is couponing.. getting stuff almost free. I took a picture of what I got on my Walgreens trip I think total I paid like $11.oo Out of pocket! And I got a ton of stuff!!

Orange you glad I didn't say....

Hey! Been a while once again since we have briefed anyone about our life! Probably because we're really not that interesting! Tomorrow we are going to head out for our first camping trip together! ruffin' it out on the Caney Fork. A really cool river, where David will get a chance to try out his sweet fly fishing schtuff! He's super syked!! Now I don't know if I can say the same.. I try not to think of my self as a "girly girl" but I don't know if I'm all about.. TICKS!! BUGS!! SKUNKS!! It's a whole different ball game camping out here in the south! So many new things to worry about that you don't have to in the desert! But I will report on our adventure! Who knows~ It might not be all that bad.
Here are some pics of our life the last couple weeks.This is Koa! Our new boxer pup! We got her the day mom left and headed back to AZ after visiting for my B-day! I bet your wondering why she has a big orange CAST on her leg?!! Well a few days after I got her I was letting her and our older Dog Bailey play .. and Bailey Jumped on her leg and Broke it! Poor puppy! But she's so dang cute!!

David and I have been without headboard/footboard since we've been married!! And I can't stand it! So we decided we were going to do something about it. We wen't to habitat for humanity. We bought 2 five pannel doors ($40) and 1 can of oil paint($1). We love making new uses out of old things! It's more fun that going to a boring furniture store and picking out a cookie cutter piece of furniture!We're still not done. But will post pics when we are!!

Just Three Waffles Please!

Tonight was too beautiful to go straight home after work. So David and I decided to hit up the Waffle House for a joyous night out. It was quite swell! We split 3 waffles.. spent $1.oo on 6 songs in the Jukebox and had a grand ol time! It was actually kind of fun to sit there and watch the cooks bust out there dance moves as they are flipping bacon! And of course they were singing like rockstars because this is "Nashville" and all.And everywhere you turn there's someone trying to make it in the music business. So I bet karaoke out here can't be too bad. Actually probably pretty entertaining... listening to everybody sing in pitch and if you close your eyes it might feel like your at a Kenny Chesney concert os something!! Oh ya! Can't leave out one of our weekly routines! Renting movies from the Redbox! We got Harry Potter and the Goblet of something and Chuck and Larry. We will expound upon them later after we have watched them.

... I would like to point out how handsome my husband is looking these days!! ;) (oh and please notice the belt he's wearing... IT'S MINE!! haha)

Goodness Gracious Great Balls of Blogspot!!

So I spent hours trying to spruce up my old Blog.. to find out that it was totally screwed up... and you could only see jibberish print all over the page! I finally gave up and started fresh. Farewell to all of my old posts! SO what now? Pictures! I was always in to picture books over novels... SO here are some pics from when my girlfriend Alexa came to visit David and I.(they are silly.. but fun!)

Right after I picked Alexa up at the airport.. 1:30am .. we decided we wanted to get milkshakes at Steak and Shake..

The next day we went to the "White Trash Cafe" to enjoy some delicious Southern Cousine!

And you can't visit Nashville.. or Me without taking a trip to GOODWILL!!!

Then some shoe shopping! I love the look on the ladys face in the back!!! Priceless!! I fell in love with these shoes!Totally on my wishlist for my birthday!! ...David! :)
